If your item arrives damaged
If something isnβt right when your order arrives β damaged, faulty, or incorrect β please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can fix it quickly. We will replace the item or offer a solution right away.
If your product arrives damaged or something is wrong on our side, we will fix the issue immediately with either a replacement or a refund.
