If your item arrives damaged

When will my pre-order ship?

Pre-orders usually take 3–5 weeks to produce and ship, depending on the item.

Each piece is made especially for you, which means we need a little extra time to create and finish everything with the quality we’re proud of.

We always share the estimated shipping time on the product page, and we’ll email you as soon as your order is on its way.

If we experience any delays, you’ll be the first to know.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Pre-orders cannot be canceled once the order is placed, as each piece is made specially for you and production begins shortly after purchase.
